With 50 guests in attendance &#8211; a mixture of <a href=\"https:\/\/waudwines.com\/_archive\/join-waud-wines\/\">Waud Wine Club<\/a> members, Walton Heath members, as well as other guests &#8211; we worked our way through 35 exciting wines from our portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The most popular wines were the <a href=\"https:\/\/waudwines.com\/_archive\/wine\/puech-haut-argali-rose-2022\/\">Puech Haut Rose<\/a> 2018, Brunel de la Gardine CDR White 2018, Vondeling Babiana 2016, Puech Haut Tete de Belier Blanc 2017, Clos Pons Roc Nu 2011, and Meerlust Estate Red 2016.<\/p>\n<p>It was a very successful night for the club, with 4 new members joining, and over 40 cases of wine sold.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to returning next year where hopefully there will be better weather!<\/p>\n<p>Many thanks to everyone for attending and supporting the tasting &#8211; we have had some really fantastic feedback.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/waudwines.com\/_archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Summer-Portfolio-Order-Form-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to view the wines from the evening<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had a fantastic wine tasting and bbq (indoors!) on Friday for our Summer Portfolio tasting.
