Southern French Wine Dinner @ Rendezvous

We are thrilled to invite you to a special dinner at the iconic Rendezvous Brasserie in Westerham, Kent.

We gave Mourdi our list of wines for the dinner – and he has created an excellent food menu to compliment the tasting. (Mourdi has also arranged some live music!)

On arrival, we will be serving our crowd pleasing Mas de Daumas Gassac Rose Frizant 2023.

We will sit down to three courses of classic French cuisine – starting with Seafood Risotto with Fresh Tomato, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic & Basil Sauce that will be accompanied with Louis Cheze Viognier 2023.

This will be followed by a main course of Chicken Dijonnaise – Pan Roast Chicken Breast, French Beans, Dauphinoise Potato & Mustard Sauce. 

With the main course we will be pouring Brunel de la Gardine Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2023 and Michel Gassier Nostre Pais Rouge 2021 from Costieres de Nimes.

Our final course will be an traditional and iconic Caramelised Apple Tarte Tartin with Crème Normandy – served with our special Declassified Sauternes 2021 that comes very highly recommended indeed. We will tell the special story about this wine on the day!
