Spring Tour 2023 – Ribera del Duero, Spain
A three day and three night tour of an incredibly exciting region in Northern Spain – Ribera del Duero.
Tour to Tuscany, Italy
A 3 day and 3 night tour visiting wineries in Bolgheri, Chianti, Montalcino and more… We sell plenty of wine from this region, so expect to visit wineries including some Frescobaldi estates, Tenuta San Guido (Sassicaia), Tua Rita and Le Macchiole. For the white wine lovers, there is plenty of Chardonnay and Vermentino on show, whilst on the red side, we will tuck into some lovely Sangiovese, as well as some Super Tuscans.
La Rioja Alta Dinner
We are extremely pleased to invite Members and Guests to attend a very special Wine Dinner at the exclusive Ivy Club in the West End. We are going to be joined by the very entertaining Francisco Corpas, Sales Director at La Rioja Alta for an evening of fine wine and dining. After a fizz reception, we will sit down for a 4 course meal that will be designed to pair with a selection of La Rioja Alta wines.
Waud Wines Summer Portfolio Tasting
We are very pleased to invite Members and Guests to attend our Summer Portfolio Tasting at 67 Pall Mall in London. We will be showcasing a selection of wines from all over the world, with particular interest in our Old World wines from France, Spain and Italy. As well as the Waud Wines staples from Louis Chèze, Mas de Daumas Gassac, Rathfinny and Wildekrans, we are excited to show you some new wines from Louis Roederer, Pio Cesare, Joseph Drouhin, Arzuaga, Cantele, Emiliano Falsini, Kilikanoon and more…
Tour to Rhône, France
A driving and wine tasting tour to the Rhône Valley is one of the treats in French touring, indeed a tour that the Waud Wine Club has organised and enjoyed in both 2015 and 2011. For July 2022, we plan in association with Aston Martin Owners Club to take ten cars and 20 tourists to the stunning Rhône Valley. A 3 day and 3-night tour visiting wineries in Burgundy, Northern Rhone and Southern Rhone.
Rathfinny Wine Dinner
We are very excited to invite Members and Guests to attend an exclusive English Sparkling Wine Dinner with Rathfinny at The Ivy Club in the West End on Thursday 28th July. We are being joined by Andy Gadd, Sales Manager at Rathfinny to share with us the magic of this super estate in Sussex.
